Back to a six hour race. Some recent movements have been reversed, however there are subtleties with how this was done with power and weight.
Power to Weight
Porsche remains the lowest, back down to the lowest it has been. BMW has also been returned to Watkins Glen level. Cadillac and Acura continue their downward trend. Aston Martin remains as favorable as the rule makers wish to go, with Lamborghini rejoining it for this endurance race.

There is some subtlety with weight and power.
Weight
Porsche returns to Watkins Glen weight, same with power. However BMW, while with Power/Weight it is back to Watkins Glen, it has a lower weight and lower power than it did then.

Power
Cadillac, BMW, Acura all move closer to Porsche with power, and further behind Aston Martin and Lamborghini.

High Speed Power
The high speed power activation speed remains at 230/240kph with the linear change between 230 and 240 kph.
The low speed power situation is not repeated at high speed. BMW remains lower than Porsche and all are closer to Aston Martin and Lamborghini. Most still lose out to those two since the last race, except Cadillac.

Replenishment Rate
A full 100% energy stop is still 40 seconds. Check the math!
