Here is the latest on the playing with BoP over Daytona end of season test, ROAR, and race weekend.
Power
The big thing is the power reduction to the Cadillacs, and to a lesser extent others. This allows for the >240kph adjustment and is something that could be critical at Daytona. Presumably this is reaction to the last year’s race.

The Cadillac power under <230kph dropped to under 480kW for ROAR from 500kW at the December test. It looks like IMSA wanted to see the extreme as this came with a big +8.3% compensation for >240kph (was +1.0%). For Daytona race weekend the power was increased to 500kW at low speeds and had a smaller +2.4% compensation for higher speeds.
Other manufacturers also experienced changes here, but Cadillac was the most dramatic. Here is how is played out for all:

It seems that IMSA has come to the conclusion that the Acura is quite slippery. Like the Peugeot and Alpine are in FIA’s eyes. There seems to be a little difference in the approach to Porsche relative to Cadillac and BMW.
IMSA do have quite a lot of data from this one track.

Weight
The weight sees some reductions, but Lamborghini stays a the lowest weight and Cadillac is the highest.
