Power to Weight
Porsche remains the lowest, but has its disadvantage reduced. BMW moves in the same direction too, with Cadillac and Acura losing out. Aston Martin is as favorable as the rule makers wish to go.

Weight
Porsche and Cadillac are now a similar weight, and this is where some of BMW’s gains happen.

Power
Acura’s loss is with Power. Cadillac lose power as well as gain weight.

High Speed Power
The high speed power activation speed remains at 230/240kph with the bulletin clarifying that it is a linear interpretation between 230 and 240 kph.
Porsche gain here, offsetting some of the base P/W negative. Most other marques are flat.

Replenishment Rate
A full 100% energy stop is still 40 seconds.
